Who can be a seller? Only adults can use JSCS Trade Service. By using our service, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older.
Rules about listing products for sale As a seller, you agree to describe the items you are selling. There are some items that
you may not list or sell under any circumstances. These include:
- Any item that is illegal to sell under any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
- Any item that infringes or violates anyone's rights.
- Items that you do not have the legal right to sell.
- Copyright infringing items, or stolen goods.
- Any item which, in JSCS Trade Service sole discretion, is offensive, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harrassing,
or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of JSCS Trade Service.
As a seller, you agree that users may comment on their experience with you in a feedback mail to JSCS, and you release us from any liability for any comments.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES YOU AGREE THAT USE OF ADDRESSES OF SELLERS IS AT USER'S SOLE RISK.
JSCS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ADVERTISED ITEMS WILL MEET USER'S REQUIREMENTS, NOR DOES JSCS MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE
OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF OUR TRADE SERVICE OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM IT.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY USER AGREES THAT JSCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE JSCS TRADE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF
SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECIEVED OR TRANSACTIONS
ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM JSCS SITE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA OR ARISING FROM ANY
OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE EVEN IF
JSCS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
